Week 5, Assignment 2

This week's research articles really has cemented that there might be an idea about how to find psychological disorders early so that they are addressed better but there is not many studies that have been conducted. There is still a lot of gray area in what could happen to a person if they do not get treatment early on, and if they really know it's the first time they had symptoms of psychosis. Actually searching for the information was easier, but produced little with the slimming down of articles as I tried getting valid information. I liked how we were given specific databases for our specific topics. I actually took the time to look for different articles from the 3 different databases given for psychology. I think my skills in looking for information is getting better, I have a better understanding of what to look for and how to look for it. I do not feel as if I should redirect my focus on my topic because it is very interesting and I like it a lot. Even if my results are slim, they are very focused on what I need and very helpful.
